<div>This cross is made as an image of glory. On the obverse - Saints Theodore Stratilat and Demetrius of Thessaloniki, on the reverse - Theodore Tiron and John the Warrior.</div><div>The cross itself is made in the shape of a sword, a symbol of spiritual struggle. The crucifix is the central image of the Military Cross. On both sides of Christ are depicted the instruments of His passions: a cane with a sponge and a spear. On both sides of the Crucifixion there are images of the warriors-great martyrs Theodore Stratilates and Demetrius of Thessaloniki. At the bottom of the Military Cross there is an image of the Great Martyr. and the healer Panteleimon.</div><div>The turn of the Military Cross opens with the majestic figure of the Archangel Michael, the archangel, that is, the supreme commander of the Heavenly Host. He is the most powerful and formidable enemy of evil.</div><div>On both sides of the Archangel Michael, under the banner of Saint Ubrus, there are two more warriors: Theodore Tiron and the martyr. This is the prayer of a warrior who rebelled against evil with love for his neighbor, faith in God and hope for unfailing help.</div>
