The Holy Mother of God and the Prophet John the Baptist, the Baptist of the Lord, are standing on His side in the Deesis (prayer for the people) on both sides. Above is the Holy Trinity. This is the image of the Triune God, who appeared in the form of the three angels to the forefather Abraham. Below – St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The saint is revered as a healer of diseases, patron of travelers, especially by sea, an assistant in commerce, study, and also in search of a worthy spouse. On the reverse side in the center is the Guardian Angel. Around him are placed the Kazan Icon, the holy blessed Matron of Moscow and Ksenia of Petersburg, below – the holy blessed spouses Peter and Fevronia of Murom.
