On both sides, the Most Holy Theotokos and St. prophet and Forerunner of the Lord John the Baptist. Above is the icon of the Holy Trinity. This is the image of the Triune God, who appeared in the form of three angels to the forefather Abraham. The image of the Lord Jesus Christ not made by hands is depicted on the ear, revered as one of the most powerful protective symbols of Orthodoxy. In the center of the turn is written a short prayer, which is traditionally placed on all crosses: "Save and preserve." The opening verse of the protective prayer to the Honorable Cross of the Lord is written around. This prayer is read in danger, and is also worn to protect against evil forces.</span>
